The hotel and grounds were lovely, with well, kept gardens and a beautiful old country manor feel. the restaurant served great food and the breakfast was wonderful. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with nice walks nearby and easy access to a major tourist attraction.
Some small things could be improved, such as the outdated bathrooms that need renovation. the poor reception of some TV channels was a letdown.

I had high hopes for a luxurious stay at Warren House, and I was not disappointed. The venue is absolutely beautiful, set in stunning grounds. The bedroom and bathroom were fantastic, exceeding all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to Kingston and surrounding areas, as well as Central London. The hotel also offers ample parking, which was very convenient. I had a wonderful weekend at Warren House and would definitely stay there again.
While my stay was excellent overall, I did notice some minor drawbacks. There was some aircraft noise, but it didn't disturb my sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in a beautiful Manor House, with well-kept gardens. The location is great, with easy access to Kingston town centre and Richmond Park. The rooms were excellent, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the ceiling fans during the hot weather.

Located in a beautiful Manor House, this hotel is in a great location with buses into Kingston just a short walk away. Set in a large green garden, guests can enjoy the best views. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a terrace where guests can relax and enjoy a drink. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained.
The dinner options were expensive and not up to par with the rest of the hotel's offerings.

As party people, we loved the perfectly located hotel that was close to a nearby house party. The hotel had quiet surroundings, great coffee making facilities, and top-notch radio/sound equipment. It was an ideal place for a summer event.

This place was located in a really nice area with beautiful grounds to admire. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and easy access to the city centre. The service was top-notch, from the accommodating staff to the welcome drink upon arrival. Our room had everything we needed, including comfortable seating and a terrace with garden furniture. The amenities were great, too - we particularly enjoyed the soundproofed rooms and the option for room service.
The receptionist, who seemed disinterested and not helpful. But aside from that, the staff were helpful and polite and accommodated our every request.
